File Sync Issue with New Realm creation

SecureAuth IdP Version affected: All versions. 

Filesync version: 3.45 and earlier

Description:

File Sync Service is installed, but new realms being created on the primary server is not being synced over to the secondary server(s).

Cause:

The old File Sync Service does not create new realms.

Resolution:

When using an old version of Filesync, create the realms in the secondary server(s) the same way the realms were created on the primary server and Filesync will then copy the settings into the new realm for you.

Filesync version 4.x onwards does automatically create the corresponding new realms on your secondary servers for you. Raise a case with SecureAuth support to request an upgrade to the latest version of Filesync.
