Windows OS versions affected: 7, 2008R2
Description:
When L4W (Login for Windows) 1.0 is installed on Windows 7 or 2008R2 and a user in the bypass group logs on then locks the screen, the username and MFA options shown will be that of the last non-bypass user, preventing the user from unlocking the workstation.
Note this only affects Windows 7 and 2008R2. Windows 10 is unaffected and we have no reports of Windows 2012 being affected.

Product defect CP-411 has been logged and will be addressed in version 1.0.2
Workaround:
The workstation can be unlocked when it is in such a state by using the following steps, depending on if you are physically logged in or via an RDP session:
Physically logged in:
1. Click on "Switch User"
2. Press CTRL-ALT-DEL
3. Then "Switch User" again
4. Now click "Other user"
RDP session:
1. Disconnect the session and then Reconnect
2. Then click "Switch User"
3. Now click "Other User"
