Description:
The customer wants to perform the customization check themselves to send over the logs.
Cause:
Not applicable
Resolution:
- The customization check is in any update version, once that .ZIP is received, please unblock the file.
- Once the .ZIP is unblocked, go ahead and unzip it anywhere and then navigate through and run the .EXE as administrator.
- Once the updater is running, please click the drop list and select your current version.
- Then click the Check Customization button in order to run the check.
- Once the check is done, go up to Logs, and then click Customization Log to open the file.
- Then go ahead and save it, and send it over to us. :)
