Chrome extension is no longer available in the Chrome store for download

Description: 

 The SecureAuth OTP extension for Chrome is missing from the Chrome store and previously working links to the extension such as this one now generate a 404 not found error:

Cause:

To provide the best software and product support for our customers, SecureAuth must periodically retire older versions of software and applications.  This enables us to dedicate all our resources in delivering the latest features, enhancements and support to our current version - used by most SecureAuth customers. 

The Chrome Browser plugin was discontinued in June 2018 due to market demand, shifts in technology, and a change in focus and investment.  We are focused on the Authenticate mobile app going forward.

Existing customers may continue to use the current version of the browser plugin as long as it is not deleted from their devices. 

However, once deleted, users will not be able to reinstall any (including current) version of the plugin into the browser.

Resolution:
