KBQ/KBA is wiped when attempting to save the "Helpdesk Challenge" and KB Format set to Encryption

SecureAuth IdP Version Affected:  8.2 to 9.2.0-17

Description: 

Given the following conditions, any values that exist for KBQ/KBA will be wiped when attempting to save the "Helpdesk Challenge" and the value for Helpdesk Challenge will not be saved either:

KBQ-KBA field is set to "Hide"

AND

Encryption is used instead of Base64

AND

Helpdesk Challenge is set to "Show Enabled"

If Base64 is used instead of encryption OR if KBQ-KBA is set to "Show Enabled" then the page correctly saves the Helpdesk Challenge.
