Description:
When launching the Admin Console, an error shows that says "this page can't be displayed."
Cause:
Internet Information Services (IIS) is stopped.
Resolution:
1. Go to IIS
2. Click on Default Web Site
3. On the right side, click "Start" under Manage Website.
