Follow
    Applies to:
  • SecureAuth Identity Platform
Deployment model:
  • Hybrid
  • Version Affected:  [All Versions]

    Description:

Unable to create Data Store in New Experience.

    Cause:

    • Application API logs:
      • https://localhost/SecureStorageApi/keychain/v1/secure_stores/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx1234/credentials call returns Internal Server Error
    • SecureStoreAPI logs:
      • System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key 'xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxx1234' was not present in the dictionary.

    Resolution:

Rename the data file under D:\SecureAuth\SecureStorageApi\SecureAuth Corporation\SecureStore\Data folder to match with the key name with hyphens removed. E.g. the file name should be D:\SecureAuth\SecureStorageApi\SecureAuth Corporation\SecureStore\Data\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx1234

    Special Considerations (optional as needed):

Backup the content of D:\SecureAuth\SecureStorageApi\SecureAuth Corporation\SecureStore\Data folder prior to making the change.
