Failed to decrypt using provider 'RsaProtectedConfigurationProvider'.

Description:  

Web.config file from one IDP node fails to decrypt on the other node with below error:

Cause:  

Mismatch in the encryption algorithm between the servers due to different .NET Framework versions on each server. Older .NET Framework versions use TripleDES and .NET Framework version 4.8 onwards use AES for encryption.

Resolution:  

Make sure the .NET Framework version is same on all IDP nodes.
