WS-Trust MEX endpoint (https://idp.example.com/SecureAuthXX/webservice/wstrust.svc/mex) returns below error:
The ServiceHostBase object returned from the CreateServiceHost method of type 'SecureAuth.IdentityModel.WSTrust.SASecurityTokenServiceConfiguration' is null.
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Cause:
The issue occurs due to multiple HTTP/HTTPS bindings in IIS default web site.
Resolution:
Delete any additional HTTP/HTTPS bindings in IIS default web site and keep only one binding with HTTP and/or HTTPS scheme.
