How to add/delete a domain in Arculix Core

Description:

This article will be used to explain how to add/delete a domain in Arculix Core in your Organization.

Prerequisites:

You should have an Organization Admin role.

Steps to Perform:

1. Login to your Arculix/Acceptto  URL to access Arculix Core (for example: https://mfa.acceptto.com/users/sign_in).
2. Go to Organization Settings > General
3. In the Domains section, you need to click on ‘+’ symbol to add a domain. If you want to delete any existing realm, please click on the cross symbol (x) in front of the domain.
4. Once done, please click on ‘Save’
