NOW LIVE
The new SecureAuth Support Center is here
Faster to search, easier to navigate, and clearer about what matters — with the same address and the same login.
We’ve rebuilt the SecureAuth Support Center from the ground up, and it’s live now. The improved Knowledge Base you’ve already been using is now part of a whole new experience — here’s a quick tour, and how to make the most of it.

A fresh new look
A cleaner, calmer design that’s easier on the eyes and quicker to get around. Prefer light or dark? Use the sun / moon toggle in the top‑right to switch any time.
Search that keeps up with you
Start typing in the search box and the top matches appear instantly, each tagged with the product and section it comes from — so you can jump straight to the right article.
Search also narrows to where you are. From the home page it covers every product; inside a product’s Help Center it searches just that product; and within an article type — such as Troubleshooting or Bugs — it searches only that type for that product.
Organised around your products
Every product has its own space, with articles grouped by type — How‑To, Troubleshooting, Bugs and more — so you’re only ever looking where it matters.
Two menus, two destinations
In the header, Products takes you to each product’s Help Center for quick answers, while Documentation links straight to its full product documentation — so you always know where to go for a how‑to versus the complete reference.
See what’s inside before you open it
Hover over any article in a list and a preview shows its overview and which product versions it applies to — so you can find the right article without opening each one to check.
Live status on known issues
Each product’s Bugs area shows a live Open or Fixed status, so you can tell at a glance whether something is already known — and whether a fix has shipped.
The right form, chosen for you
Raising a request is smarter now. Start one from inside a product’s Help Center — say, SecureAuth Workforce — and Submit a Request opens the form with that product’s support form already selected, so your case lands with the right team from the start. Opening a request still needs no sign‑in.
The form itself has been rebuilt, too. Fields are grouped into clear sections and labelled the way you’d actually describe them; Impact and Urgency now use a compact Low / Med / High picker that starts at Low, opens for the full descriptions, and collapses once you choose; and an ⓘ beside any field explains it on hover, so there’s no wall of hint text. Signed in? Your environment details — product version, deployment type and operating system — arrive already filled in from your most recent case, so you’re not re‑typing what we already know.
And before you submit, the form suggests Knowledge Base articles matched to the details you’ve entered — so you can try a fix straight away. If none of them help, simply submit: your case is logged and handled by a Support Engineer as normal.
A clearer view of your cases
Signed in? Your requests live under My Requests: unread replies carry a NEW badge, every case shows a clear status — Awaiting Engineer, Awaiting your reply, Solved or Closed — and an Awaiting Response Shown First control pulls the cases needing your reply to the top. Hover over a case to see its latest update without opening it.
Make the most of it
• Switch between light and dark with the sun / moon toggle, top‑right.
• Search from inside a product’s Help Center to see results for just that product.
• Hover an article — or a case — to preview it before you open it.
• Check a product’s Bugs area for the live status of known issues.
• Keep your open cases on top with Awaiting Response Shown First.
Nothing you rely on has changed. Same web address, same login, and all your open and past cases are right where you left them — so your bookmarks and links keep working, with nothing to re‑save.
That’s the tour — dive in and explore. And if you can’t find what you need, our support team is only a click away.
