    Overview

This article explains how to set up a Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) integration between SecureAuth and KnowBe4, a security awareness training platform.

Set Up the KnowBe4 SAML Integration

    1. Log in to your KnowBe4 account.
    2. Click your email address in the top right, then click Account Settings.
    3. Scroll down to your SAML settings. The fields may be greyed out, but the URLs are still shown there.
    4. In the SecureAuth Admin Console, go to the Post Auth tab of your KnowBe4 realm.
    5. Enter KnowBe4's Callback URL into the SAML Consumer URL field, and KnowBe4's signin URL into the SP Start URL field.

SAML Assertion / WS Federation panel with the SAML Consumer URL set to KnowBe4's callback URL and the SP Start URL set to KnowBe4's signin URL.

    1. Scroll down to the Domain field and enter your IdP's URL — for example, https://secureauth.example.com.
    2. Click Metadata File: Download to download the metadata file.

Panel showing the Assertion Signing Certificate, Domain field set to an example SecureAuth URL, and a Metadata File Download link.

    1. Send the downloaded metadata file to KnowBe4 Support so they can enable SAML for your account.
