Overview
After entering a username in Zscaler Client Connector, the client loops on the login screen instead of redirecting into SecureAuth.
Cause
This happens on Windows Client Connectors after an IdP upgrade — Mac OS X clients aren't affected. The IIS logs on the IdP server show remnants of the realm being hit, but the realm's theme and page never finish loading, because Zscaler Client Connector is rendering the login page with its legacy embedded browser control instead of Microsoft Edge WebView2.
Resolution:
Enable WebView2 in Zscaler Client Connector so it renders the login page correctly instead of looping.
