Troubleshooting: MFA Delivery Methods Missing on the SAIdP Theme

Version Affected: SecureAuth Identity Platform 24.4, using the SAIdP theme

 

Overview

On a realm using the SAIdP theme, a user can land on the MFA delivery-method page and see no methods listed to choose from, even though they have MFA methods available.

Cause

The realm's web.config is missing the path it needs to reference the SAIdP theme's pages correctly.

Resolution:

Change the realm's theme to a different one, save, then switch it back to SAIdP. Re-saving the theme this way repopulates the correct path in the web.config.
