  • Version Affected: 24.04
    Bug Number: EE-3738
Bug Status: Open - No Permanent Fix
Fixed in Version(s): Not yet fixed

    Overview

In a Modern Secure Portal (a Secure Portal created in the New Experience), application logos don't display for realms that have a Restart Login URL set.

    Cause

This is a known defect (EE-3738). Inspecting the application tile in the browser shows that the Restart Login URL is appending /Images/ApplicationLogo.png to itself, which isn't a valid path, so the logo fails to load.

This does not happen in Secure Portal realms created in the Classic Experience — only realms created in the New Experience are affected.

    Resolution / Workaround

This defect is not yet fixed, and no workaround is currently known for Modern Secure Portal realms with a Restart Login URL set.

If the missing logo is a blocker, create the affected realm's Secure Portal in the Classic Experience instead, where this issue does not occur.
