Overview
When accessing a realm's OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect (OIDC) well-known configuration URI (for example, https://SecureAuthIdP/SecureAuthXX/.well-known/openid-configuration), the endpoint returns:

Cause
OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect is not enabled on the realm.
Resolution
On the realm's Post Authentication tab, under OpenID Connect/OAuth 2.0 - Settings, set Enabled to True.
