    Overview

    Does SecureAuth support generating one-time passcodes (OTPs) that combine both characters and numbers?
     

    Answer

    No. SecureAuth does not currently support OTPs that combine characters and numbers. For the full list of supported multi-factor authentication (MFA) and OTP options, see the Global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Methods Overview.

    If this capability is needed, submit a support ticket requesting it as a feature request. Feature requests are reviewed by the Product team for consideration, but are not guaranteed to be implemented.
