Troubleshooting: Blank Page on Authorized Page with SAML20SPInit Exception Error

    Overview

    After a user is redirected to the realm's Authorized/SAML20SPInit.aspx page, the browser shows a blank page with no error message, and the realm's error logs contain: Message="SAML20SPInit exception error: Cannot find the requested object."
     
     

    Cause

    This occurs when the ACS (Assertion Consumer Service)/SAMLRequest certificate configured in the realm's Post Authentication tab is invalid.
     
     

    Resolution

    Fix or remove the invalid ACS/SAMLRequest certificate in the realm's Post Authentication tab.
