Version Affected: 22.02+
Overview
Installing certain Hotfix levels can abort with an error similar to "Could not find a part of the path 'D:\SecureAuthWS\SecureAuthUserExchangeService'."
Cause
An upgrade from 21.04 to 22.02 can sometimes fail to fully copy the SecureAuthWS folder (and/or its contents) from the 22.02 Updater files to the IdP appliance. When this happens, a later Hotfix installer can't find the files or folders it expects under D:\SecureAuthWS and aborts.
Resolution:
Once the Hotfix install has aborted:
- Click Revert Backup on the Hotfix Installer.
- Copy the missing files and folders for SecureAuthWS from the 22.02 Installer files, and place them into D:\SecureAuthWS on the IdP appliance.
- Run the Hotfix Installer again — it should now complete as expected.
