FAQ: Can I Use Wildcards in the Redirect URI of an OAuth Realm?

Overview

Does SecureAuth Identity Platform support wildcard characters in the Redirect URI field of an OAuth realm, so that one entry can match multiple redirect URLs?
 

Answer

No. Wildcard characters are not currently supported in the Redirect URI field — each redirect URL that the realm needs to accept must be added as its own separate entry.

If wildcard characters are added to the OAuth/OpenID Connect (OIDC) specification in the future, SecureAuth will consider adding support for them in an upcoming release or hotfix.
