    Overview

When using the Postman collections provided by SecureAuth to call the SecureAuth API, a GET request can fail with the following error:

There was an error in evaluating the Pre-request Script:TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')

    Cause

The active Postman environment is missing one or more variables that the pre-request script expects — for example, AppID or AppKey

    Resolution:

Check the active Postman environment for missing variables. If the environment was recently modified, confirm a variable wasn't accidentally removed that the pre-request script still needs.
