    Overview

This article explains how to create a New Experience realm by copying an existing New Experience realm, carrying over its configuration instead of building the new realm from scratch. Before version 23.07, this wasn't possible -- New Experience realms had to be created manually, even though the Classic Experience has always supported copying a realm.

Copy an Existing New Experience Realm

    1. In the IdP Admin Console, go to Application Manager (or Internal Application Manager for an internal realm).
    2. Find the realm to copy, and click the copy icon in its row's Actions column.
    3. A new realm page opens, pre-filled with the source realm's settings and named with a Copy of prefix.
    4. Edit any fields as needed -- including the name -- or cancel to discard the copy.
    5. Save to create the new realm. It can still be edited afterward, the same as any other realm.
