Version Affected: RADIUS 2.x and later
Overview
This article explains how to change the wording shown to end users when they select a multi-factor authentication (MFA) method during RADIUS authentication -- for example, "OTP delivered to xxx-xxx-1234. Please enter the value, or use '0' to try a different option." This is useful for customizing the wording or shortening it to avoid word-wrap issues.
Change the RADIUS MFA Prompt Text
- Open uiTextBundle.properties in a text editor. The default path is D:\idpRADIUS\bin\conf\uiTextBundle.properties (or the same location on the C: drive).
- Edit the message text as needed and save the file.
- Restart the SecureAuth RADIUS service to pick up the new settings.
