    Overview

When using a custom theme, the Username and/or Password fields can be missing when the realm loads.

    Cause

Custom themes don't always have every base theme configuration property set correctly.

    Resolution:

If the custom theme is based on the 2016 Light theme, set the realm's theme to 2016 Light first and save, then set it back to the custom theme and save again. If it's based on the 2019 theme, do the same with 2019 first instead. Custom themes don't set every base theme configuration property on their own, so saving the unaltered base theme first sets those properties -- saving the custom theme afterward then applies correctly on top of them.
