    Overview

    When configuring a SAML SSO Identity Provider on a CloudEntity vanity domain, the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL shown in the CloudEntity UI does not match the ACS URL in the SAML metadata.

     

    Cause

    A defect with vanity domains causes the CloudEntity UI to display an incorrect ACS URL.

     

    Resolution / Workaround

    Use the ACS URL exactly as it appears in the SAML metadata, not the one shown in the UI.
