Cause:
Some articles require specific versions or a minimum version of .NET to be installed on the IdP.
Resolution:
Open a Powershell window and run this command:
gci 'HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP' -recurse | gp -name Version,Release -EA 0 | where { $_.PSChildName -match '^(?!S)\p{L}'} | select PSChildName, Version, Release | Sort-Object version
