14:21 UTC - We are currently investigating US1 cloud performance issues that may impact be impacting our customers. There may be delays or failures for SMS, Voice, Push, and other cloud related functions.

Update #1: 14:55 UTC - Performance issues on our US1 cloud service have been resolved. We are closely monitoring the situation.
