How To: Add an External Contact to a Project's Address Book in SessionGuardian

Overview

This article explains how to add an external contact to a project's address book in SessionGuardian when they do not have a workspace in the project environment. Unlike the project's default distro email (for example, all@sandbox.securereview.com), adding someone as a contact lists them in the address book without including them in that default distribution list.

Add an External Contact

1. Search for the project using CTRL+F.
2. Click Actions, then select Create Contact Lists.
3. Fill out the required information: enter a username using the FirstInitial + LastName format, and the external contact's email address.

   

4. Click Submit to finalize the process.

The contact will now appear in the project's address book, but will not be included in the all@sandbox.securereview.com distribution list.
