Is it possible to delete data stores created in the New Experience

    Applies to:
  • Legacy SecureAuth IdP
Deployment model:
  • On Premises
  • SecureAuth Idp Version affected:  9.3+

Can data stores created in the New Experience be deleted?

Data stores may become obsolete over time or no longer in use.  Additionally data stores or dummy data stores may be created for testing purposes or pilots and not be relevant or required for production use.

    This is not currently possible.

Enhancement request CORE-954 has been logged to include this functionality in a future version of the product.

    • Three years later, this is still not possible on SecureAuth 21.04. Pathetic. Quite infuriating when you consider there is NO WARNING of this fact anywhere in the docs or during datastore creation. Same thing when you add applications via the new experience Internal Application Manager, they can't be deleted. So you better be perfect when defining datastores or internal applications or will be stuck with orphaned items.
