How To Run Customization and Retrieve Logs

Description:

The customer wants to perform the customization check themselves to send over the logs.

Cause:

Resolution:

Not applicable

 

  1. The customization check is in any update version, once that .ZIP is received, please unblock the file.


  2. Once the .ZIP is unblocked, go ahead and unzip it anywhere and then navigate through and run the .EXE as administrator.


  3. Once the updater is running, please click the drop list and select your current version.


  4. Then click the Check Customization button in order to run the check.  


  5. Once the check is done, go up to Logs, and then click Customization Log to open the file.


  6. Then go ahead and save it, and send it over to us.  :)
