SalesForce1 application returns a scripting error and does not show the intended information, instead displays the entire webpage.
This issue can be based off primarily how the SAML is initiated. In which case, this SAML request came from IdP. In order for the application to work as intended, it will be required to come from the service, which is SalesForce here.
Change the SAML initiation from IdP to SP.
- On the mobile device, logging in via SalesForce1, the webpage looks like this and also returns this scripting error if testing on a PC.
- This is also the scripting error that will be received if testing on a PC.
- This should be how it will look on both the mobile device and the PC when properly loading correctly.
- In order for this change to properly be reflected, please change their post authentication tab to reflect the proper SP-initialized configuration instead of IdP-initialized. The only fields that will be required to be SP initiated, instead of IdP are as follows:
