Issues with 2FA via Voice or SMS Registration Methods

SecureAuth IdP Version affected: 8.1 and older upgrading to 8.1.1 and newer

Description: Clients who upgrade to version 8.1.1 and newer from IdP versions 8.0.3 and older will have issues using SMS and Voice registration methods.

Cause: The IdP has not been updated to use the SHA2 Certificate Infrastructure.

Resolution: Run the ACRU Tool on the SecureAuth IdP
