Opening the Admin page for an IdP results in a blank white page, and when forcing to Classic admin (using webadminstart.aspx) that page will only partially load.
Compatibility Mode may have been enabled for localhost.
Open Internet Explorer.
Click the 'gear icon' in the upper right and select Compatibility View Settings.
If localhost is listed, click on it, then click remove.
Reload the Admin Console to ensure it loads properly.
